National Accounts Manager
Spangler Candy Company, a world class candy manufacturer is currently seeking a National Accounts Manager to fill a full time salaried position in the Sales department.
Spangler Candy Company is a family-owned private company making candy since 1906. Our products include lollipops, candy canes, and marshmallow candies.
Responsibilities: Responsible for developing and managing customer relationships with national accounts and setting the accounts overall strategic direction. Primary responsibility to meet company sales goals and maximize sales volume with assigned accounts.  Plan, implement, supervise, build strong customer relationships and follow up on sales activities with assigned accounts.
The National Account Manager is responsible to serve our customers while selling Spangler Candy products. Working in a team environment, the National Account Manager will provide our Customers value and expert advice while executing Spangler’s business plans and goals.
Requirements:  Bachelor’s Degree (BA) and/or Marketing degree.  Seven-nine years’ experience in CPG is required.  Ability to travel up to 60%.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:  Demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to individuals and/or groups at all levels of an organization. Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.  Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.  Strong analytical skills and proficient in CPG syndicated data analytics.
