This position is in the Customer Service Department with the responsibilities of; reviewing and entering customer purchase orders received via phone, fax, or email and entering into the company system for scheduling and shipment. Position will also work
closely with the sales department and company brokers to resolve issues with orders.
Ideal candidate will possess good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills and must be willing to work as a team member. 1-2 years of prior experience in processing customer purchase orders and knowledge in the processes of carrier freight shipping
and/or receiving a plus. Proficient intermediate level computer skills are necessary.
